Golden / expect test

Output compared to a committed expectation; promotion updates the golden after review.

Two layers in this repo:

• Language-level product ship test — Ship test / expect / docs chapters on the project Test graph. Source promotion remains question 192.

• Compiler goldens — Cargo .snap files and cram run.t under crates/*/tests/golden. Entry point is just promote (release). Never hand-edit generated run.t command output. A nonzero exit needs a # ship-exit: N line above its command. Product ship test does not run this layer.
